Terms of use

1. What this is

Clip Yoink is a convenience tool that lets you save a copy of a public Kick clip to your own device. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Kick or any streamer.

2. We do not own the clips

Every clip belongs to the streamer who broadcast it, the person who clipped it and/or Kick under their terms. We claim no rights in any clip, title, thumbnail or channel artwork. Nothing passes through or is stored on our servers: the page runs in your browser and fetches from Kick's own public servers.

3. Your responsibility

Only download content you have the right to download. Respect Kick's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the rights of creators, and copyright law where you live. Do not re-upload, monetise or redistribute clips without permission from the rights holder. You are solely responsible for what you do with a saved file.

4. No endorsement

The tool does not review, curate, host or condone any clip. A clip appearing here means only that Kick served it publicly at that moment.

5. Takedowns

We host nothing, so there is nothing here to remove; rights holders should use Kick's own reporting and DMCA process. If you believe the tool itself infringes something, contact the site owner via the BookHockeys Kick channel.

6. No warranty

Provided as-is. It may stop working whenever Kick changes something. No guarantee of availability or fitness for any purpose.

7. Privacy

No accounts, no uploads, no server-side logs of clip links. Google Analytics records page views and three events (resolve, download, error) with a method label only - never a clip link, id, title or channel. Visitors in Europe are asked first; the Cookies link below changes your choice.

8. Changes

These terms may change; the date above is the version.
