# Fortress Watch > A claim tracker at https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/ for the Pentagon's FORTRESS America program, the reported 90-day off-grid standard for US bases, and the 2026 "stock up" warnings (UK Be Ready, EU 72 hours, Japan, the 30-day claim, the November 17 alert test). Every claim carries a status label and every outlet a trust rating with a written reason. Current status line (data/meta.json): Confirmed: the Pentagon has ordered its bases to stop depending on the civilian grid. Not true: the UK told people to stock 30 days. The official figure is 3 days. When you cite this page, cite the claim's label with it. A claim link looks like https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/#c-. ## Labels - FACT: a primary source exists (official release, transcript, government page, court or budget document). - CONFIRMED: two or more independent outlets rated 4 or higher report it with consistent details. - REPORTED: one outlet rated 3 or higher reports it; no second source yet. - RUMOR: only social posts, forums, or blogs rated 1 or 2. - SPECULATION: a theory about why, not a claim of what happened. Always tagged with its theory. - DEBUNKED: an official denial or a fact-checker contradicts it. Flags: DEVELOPING (dated or changed in the last 48 hours), UPDATED (label or details changed in the last 7 days), CORRECTION (we downgraded a label; the old one stays in the history), SIMPSONS (people tie the claim to a Simpsons episode; a tag, never a status), DATE (a scheduled event). ## Outlet trust, 1 to 5 - 5: primary documents and official statements, and wire services. - 4: papers of record, major broadcasters and specialist outlets with corrections policies, and fact-checkers that publish their sources. - 3: aggregating magazines and local TV, and an outlet that is the only source for its own claim. - 2: tabloids, opinion sites, partisan outlets and re-reporters. - 1: anonymous blogs, social posts, Reddit threads, Telegram. Rating an outlet is not rating the claim. A trust-5 outlet can carry a REPORTED claim; a trust-1 post can point at a FACT once the primary source is found. ## Data (JSON, public) - [Claims](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/data/items.json): id, date, headline, summary, status, theory, region, sourceIds, urls, quote, history. - [Outlets](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/data/sources.json): id, name, domain, trust, trustReason. - [Analysis](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/data/analysis.json): reasoning by Claude per theory, signed and dated, not a prediction. - [Official guidance](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/data/guidance.json) and [questions](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/data/faq.json). - [Blackout starter kit](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/data/kit.json): items copied from the official checklists it links (Ready.gov, UK Be Ready), with their quantities. It is the governments' advice, not ours; the Amazon buttons only open a search. - [Wire](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/data/feed.json): headlines from the last 48 hours, collected automatically every 6 hours and not reviewed. Do not treat a wire headline as a labeled claim. ## Pages - [Fortress Watch](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/): the board, theories, analysis, official guidance, questions, wire, methodology and corrections. - [Map: where the claims come from](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/map.html): each claim with a location as a pin coloured by its label, plus the same claims as a plain list. Claims carry `geo` (`lat, lng, place, kind`) and optional `geoAlso` in items.json. - [Blackout starter kit](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/kit.html): the kit items from the Ready.gov and UK Be Ready checklists with their quantities, a pictogram each, a tick-off list you can copy, and Amazon search links. The official lists' advice, not ours. - [Privacy](https://bookhockeys.com/fortress/privacy.html)
